It’s duration is very long. Secondly the result is not visible to the participants. But still it’s created a good picture of the organization who adapt this kind of tools Impressive 👍 ### 5/5 — A Unique approach to Assessment *2022-04-26* This not a game but an Assessment tool used by various company to better understand their employees during the hiring process. While the Gameplay seems seems primitive, it serves its purpose. The Best part I like about the game is it’s Storytelling which is quite well integrated into the Game where you don’t feel you are being assessed for something.You are spending your time making choices and solving puzzles. The Only drawback I find is that player doesn’t get to see the results of their assessment, which would have quite helpful for to understand themselves. This a quite an Innovative approach especially for Indians.
