Nautiline does! Easily worth the one time price. ### 5/5 — Best Music Client out there *2026-05-11* Such an amazing client so far nothing to really complain about. aesthetics wise It would be cool to toggle an on and off option to see or disable the technical parts. For example, when playing music under the album picture, someone would see Opus • 130 Kbps • local. Instead of seeing that, it can just say loseless audio. We can be given the option to have it off or on. Another thing is when playing music from random tracks. When I click play, it would look nice if the arrow was on-top of The music art instead of black. Overall this app is cool, nothing to really complain about. Also worth every cent. Any issues I’ve had with it have been resolved within a couple weeks, creating easily the best navidrome client. While it is paid, it’s definitely worth it to support the developer and for all the features you get compared to other clients. Wish it was on macOS so I could use it there too!! ### 5/5 — Best opensubsonic client yet *2026-04-27* When started using my navidrome server again I tried about 7 different clients on my phone and this one is BY FAR the best. The UI is clean and snappy, it’s configurable, the search works well, and most importantly it gives access to the Composer tag! ### 5/5 — Very good *2026-04-26* I tried in CarPlay works really smooth and looks good as well as on iPhone. Just one thing it’s slowing down my iPhone I think because it’s trying to index my navidrome server which has 800gb of music so I think I’ll wait for it to process. Scan of my navidrome collection last forever. I stopped the scan after 12h (at 25%). Switched to another app and that one did the job in a few seconds. Sry not for 10€ ### 5/5 — Best music player app on iOS *2026-04-15* The UI is great and doesn’t lag. i like all the options for customizing how it looks. The auto cache feature is great as i’m mostly listening offline and my Navidrome server isn’t running 24/7. Every other cloud/sync music option on iOS has some major flaw or requires iOS 26. I have a few nitpicks and suggestions, but i’ll post them on the reddit. Thank you for making such a cool app! ### 5/5 — Great design *2026-04-14* I bought tested Nautiline and found that’s it has a very “apple” style to it, while taking advantage of all the special looks of iOS 26. I am a happy customer. Just wish that the lyrics for iPad went to the side of the album cover like in the Music app that’s preinstalled. Als ich versucht habe meine Lieder zu synchronisieren hat er mich immer wieder sofort aus der App rausgeworfen. Hab sie dann direkt gelöscht und suche eine bessere. Die gibt es sicher. Das wird nicht schwer sein eine bessere zu finden . ### 1/5 — No info on trial or what paid features are *2026-05-09* Looks like you can’t do anything without starting a “7 day trial”, but there’s no info either in the App Store description or in the app about what the paid vs free features are? How are we supposed to see if it’s something we would want? **Developer response:** Thanks for your review, The app itself is paid, and the free trial has no commitments. The trial is the way you see if it's something you want. The trial lasts for seven individual days (so if use it one day and don't use it for a week, you'll still have six days left) and at the end it's your choice if you want to purchase, it's not automatic. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t sync Navidrome library *2026-05-05* I tried syncing the app to my Navidrome server via different devices, different OS, different app versions, different connection setups. Doesn’t matter: scan takes forever, like hours and hours and devices start to heat up like whatnot. Sync never finished. Problem still after months not resolved, so for now I can’t recommend the app for daily usage. Paid the price as I love the design but regret not getting refund when still possible due to significant error ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2026-03-21* needs @least ios 17? to run. Unfortunately it randomly drops, stops, and even closes all the time. I can probably seek like 5-6 songs and it will crash. I know it’s not my server because none of the other client apps do this. **Developer response:** Sorry about those issues, It would help me find the cause of these issues if you could let me know what format files you're playing and if you could send logs from these crashes. You can contact me via email through the app ### 3/5 — Great UI, quite a few bugs *2026-07-15* Radio Stations - Audio cuts when starting a channel and frequent interruptions makes it harder to enjoy radio added through Navidrome. Overall stability - Despite multiple reinstallations and even after restarting a new Navidrome instance, Nautiline is experiencing inconsitent streams, with songs becoming impossible to play for a few seconds up to a minute, forcing a few app reboots in order to bring it back. In these instances, quick/full sync does not help. Also, i can frequently see m4a automatically switch to a lower bitrate AAC format, which is unwanted yet it still happens despite having strong internet connectivity. Same goes for FLAC which sometimes, for some reason, cannot reliably play all the time, with FLAC songs sometimes not wanting to play at all for a few seconds, much like the issue i pointed above. I still give 3 stars because the dev has replied in a timely manner to my email regarding a certain question i had, which is appreciated. I also refrain from giving more because the app felt more stable when i first purchased it. **Developer response:** Sorry about those issues, I'd like to hear more about them in an email so I can track down what's changed, since the overall stability of the app shouldn't have gotten worse over time. A few questions: What does it mean for a song to be impossible to play? Nautiline doesn't transcode anything to AAC, so what bitrates are you seeing when streaming m4a vs what you expect? Do all of these issues happen on strong connections? Are you connecting through a VPN, Tailscale, Cloudflare tunnel, or directly? ### 3/5 — Unable to sync folders *2026-05-20* Beautiful UI but got an issue when I tried du sync my folders. I’m unable to click on that button what ever I’ve tried nothing seems to work ### 3/5 — Good music app, has some issues *2026-01-23* It’s a good app, but there is an issue with scrobbling. It reports the last song I recently played as my currently playing song. But besides that the app works fine **Developer response:** Thanks for the review, The app doesn't report what's currently playing, so you're simply seeing that the previously played track was scrobbled. I will add currently played reporting in the near future though. ### 4/5 — Good but… *2026-07-11* Overall good and beautiful, but a few features missing: 1. Playlist auto download, so i don’t have to hit download every time i add a music to the list 2. Select multiple songs in all songs, then add them to a playlist, currently I have to move them one by one 3. Au début la transition est assez difficile car il faut changer des habitudes. J’ai comparé avec les autres applications équivalentes mais Nautiline est de loin la meilleure. Très bon travail sur l’interface utilisateur, l’ergonomie et l’application est entièrement personnalisable. Paying the one off ten quid payment for an app of this quality is honestly a no brainer. It works great with my navidrome server. No stutters, lags, or syncing issues as i’ve experienced with other clients. its a great looker as well. the default layout is designed well to not need much tinkering to get it to a aesthetically pleasing level, but the devs have so gracefully added the option to configure things to your liking as well. Surprised to find out there’s only 9 reviews so far for this app. Hopefully the developers will be able to keep extended support for this project. ### 5/5 — Great player *2026-07-04* Super convenient for me, widget view is a great feature. Design is clean and convenient. No problems with navidrome library scanning (using latest stable version). And actually, custom headers support was a decisive feature for me. Thanks for your work, you are doing an outstanding product. Some features that I hope some day will be added are endless playing, instant mix, similar songs recommendations, radio mode (I use audiomuse with navidrome for that). **Developer response:** Thanks for your review, You can start a radio/instant-mix by long pressing a track and selecting "Radio". I am planning on adding endless playback and radio mix support for albums/artists when I verify behavior between different server types.
