## What is Navalo.ai?

Navalo turns your meetings into finished work. Record a meeting on your phone, or send the Navalo bot to
your video call, and Navalo writes the summary, captures the decisions and files the follow-ups to the
right project with an owner and a date. Your tasks, projects, calendar and team chat live in the same
app, so nothing gets lost between the meeting and the work.

RECORD ANY MEETING
- Tap Record in the room. Recording keeps going with the screen locked.
- Send the Navalo bot to a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call from your phone.
- Lost signal? The recording waits on your phone and uploads when you are back online.
- Turn on "Record only" when you want the notes without any changes to your boards.

SUMMARIES, DECISIONS AND TASKS
- A written summary, the decisions that were made and the key points for every meeting.
- Action items become tasks on the project the meeting was about.
- Share a summary with one tap.

ASK AVA
Ava is the assistant built into Navalo. Ask by typing or by voice.
- "What is due this week?" "What is blocked across my projects?" Ava answers from your own workspace.
- Ask for a place and a time: Ava finds real places with ratings and opening hours, checks who on your
team is free, then books the meeting and sends the invites once you confirm.
- Ava shows you what it is about to do before it changes anything.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
- Today shows your next meeting, what needs your attention, what is due and your projects.
- My work lists every task assigned to you across projects, with status and due dates.
- Calendar shows your meetings and lets you schedule a new one from your phone.

CHAT AND CALLS
- Channels for every project, direct messages, voice notes and calls with your workspace.

EVERY PROJECT IN FOCUS
- Progress, milestones and who is carrying what, on one screen, with boards and lists.
- Read and approve plans (dossiers), sign documents, fill in forms and look up customers in the CRM,
  where your workspace uses them.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Navalo records only when you start a recording.
- We do not sell your data and there are no ads.
- Your meetings, messages and documents are not used to train general-purpose AI models.
- Navalo follows your workspace's roles and project visibility: you see on your phone exactly what you can
  see on the web.
- Delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.

GOOD TO KNOW
A Navalo account is required. Sign in with email, Google, Microsoft or Apple. Navalo has a free plan. Ava's
place search, booking and invites come with the Team plan and above. Plans are bought on navalo.ai, not in
the app. Searching near you uses your location only for that one search, and only when you allow it.
