Unless all of your loyalty programs are connected to a Gmail account. Mine is connected to yahoo so the app does not work. **Developer response:** Hey there! You're right that we don't currently support automatic sync with Yahoo accounts, and we're sorry for the hassle. While automatic tracking isn't available for Yahoo yet, you can still manually add your programs inside Navan Edge, plus use all of our other great features like 24/7 AI concierge support and seamless flight, hotel and restaurant booking. What’s the point of a supposed ai tool that keeps trying to transfer to an agent. The loyalty wallet scans my email and added all my different membership programs, which populated a few I forgot I even had. The agent did a good job evaluating hotel reccs for an upcoming trip and allowed to me to directly book easily.
