Need to chnage flights and the app is returning no results. Not sure why this is any better than managing my own reservations thru the airline’s app. ### 1/5 — Watch transatlantic expenses *2026-07-12* If you claim a US expense on a UK personal card watch for the exchange rate of Navan it’s almost the same as the tourist rate v your credit card rate. You can quickly find yourself several hundred pounds worse off without knowing.. best option is waste your opportunity cost and not only upload your receipt, but also your bank statement and claim what you actually got charged rather than default to their exchange on a foreign charge - takes a ton of time to do but saves you a lot of money if you travel a lot ### 1/5 — Lenteurs *2026-07-11* Cette application est très lente et on a parfois l’impression que les serveurs saturent. Didn’t happen until Monday evening and overdrew my account because I trusted Navan and didn't transfer money from another account. Fraught with potential for overdraft fees. In this digital era it does not take days to send a deposit. ### 1/5 — International *2026-08-25* Navan flight booking experience has been extremely poor and support doesn’t help ### 1/5 — Great app but stopped working *2026-08-22, version 8.120.0* It was a really great app but I can’t get logged in and they have no customer support. ### 1/5 — Katastrophale App zur Abrechnung von Geschäftsreisen und Tagespauschalen *2026-08-19* Leider hat mein Arbeitgeber zu Navan gewechselt. Zeitraubender kann man die Abrechnung nicht erstellen lassen. Im Vergleich zu den vorher eingesetzten Apps dauert die Erszellumg der Abrechnung für einen Außendienstmitarbeiter nun doppelt so lange (über 60 Minuten für einen Monat, wenn die Belege bereits hochgeladen sind). Es sind unendlich viele Klicks und Angaben notwendig, die in den anderen Apps durch Texterkennung/KI automatisch richtig ausgefüllt wurden ### 1/5 — Getting worse *2026-08-17* They are forcing you to use AI when changing or editing flights and the system is just terrible. Tries to automate stuff and gets it completely wrong. Die Travelfunktionwn sind ok, aber der Aufbau zur Reisekostenabrechnung ist eine Zumutung: Jeder Bwlwg wird winzeln abgerechnet. Die übergeordnete Instanz kann ohne Rücksprache mit dem Nutzer Beträge verändern. Keine aussagekräftigen Statusmeldungen zum Bearbeitungsstand eines eingereichten Belegs. There’s no other way to explain it. I’m not going to join an organization that thinks of me as a number of a company and not as their direct customer. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love it! *2026-08-22* This app is well-designed and very human-user focused, in my opinion. Booking is easy, it retains all your information and makes finding flights, hotels, and cars easy. It sends reminders of your next event (check in for flight, pick up car at X counter, etc.) and makes those business trips where you hop from location to location and don’t know where you are or what day it is a breeze. I’ve even leveraged their human support and they were patient, friendly, and helpful. I used to beg my wife to book trips for me because it was such a hassle, and now with Navan I am finally able to be an adult and do it myself (but only because it’s so easy to use, even a child could do it).
