Just so the driver could make more money. Cant trust it for important travel ### 1/5 — FRAUD - uses APPLE PAY *2024-07-25, version 5.3.41* I made a 2 bookings. Payment completed with Apple Pay. But the booking does NOT appear. Repeated the same booking twice. Payment was taken and no transfer. There is no customer support. The telephone number disconnects. FRAUD SCAM supported by APPLE PAY ### 1/5 — Terrible app and company *2024-07-01, version 5.3.41* Do not book or download the app. Terrible customer service and will charge you without anyway of cancelling! Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Never ever *2024-03-30, version 5.3.15* We arrived to the airport and once landed got a message the order cancelled and would be refunded, thanks a couple taxi were available, zero reliability ### 1/5 — Service designed to frustrate and charge for trips not delivered. *2024-03-24* Do not use this service. Customer service is designed to be unreachable. All emails are from mailboxes that do not respond and there is on purpose no email access available. Drivers call saying they are at the wrong address, when in reality, there is no driver and the service is designed to charge for trips not delivered. App and service should be taken down by Apple. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for international phone sign up *2024-01-02* Cannot create account with US phone number - please update the signup procedure to allow +1 country code for activation step ### 1/5 — No customer support *2023-02-02* App is listed in App Store as available in English or French. There is no workflow for changing to English. I contacted the NAVECO help desk with an email sent in English. Received a response three days later in French and did not address language setting. This represents the customer service provided, and I fear this will be the service provided when my car does not arrive and I am stranded at the airport or miss my departing flight. Best to avoid, and seek another ride service. ### 1/5 — My driver cancelled the ride and no one told me *2022-01-10, version 3.0.8* I arrived to the airport and couldn’t find the driver. I’ll called him and he told me he had cancelled the service during the weekend. I had to find another driver to take me to Tignes on a Sunday at 7pm. Worst service ever!!! ### 4/5 — A éviter absolument *2023-09-09, version 4.0.2* Première et dernière expérience désastreuse. Sur un voyage aller et retour, notre premier chauffeur est arrivé avec 20mm de retard. Quant au retour, aucun chauffeur ne nous a contacté. Il semble que notre course a tout simplement été annulée sans aucune communication. Au vu des avis précédents, situation tristement courante avec Naveco. ### 5/5 — Great service *2023-01-25* We reserved a van to drop our family to the airport (5 people, 3 big luggages). Our driver Chouikha was punctual, nice and professional.
