The top up doesn’t work ever, but the app still happily charges your bank account. At least you can get your money back on the app but that is a complete joke. Doesn’t work for me or any of my friends

Eu abasteci meu passe navegante na aplicação, saiu 40€ da minha conta bancária, recebi o comprovante de pagamento no meu e-mail…. ENTRETANTO fui usar o cartão e não está carregado. A aplicação não resolve nada. Não recomendo

Technically it works, poor ui design. The cc payment goes without any response. You don't know if it worked or failed.

Like most apps specific to Portugal, this one is garbage.  Don't bother, just load your passes using the kiosks in the stations.

Tried to top up my navegante card but App doesn’t read it. If you stay outside the city without machines to top up it’s really inconvenient

I’ve downloaded the app to avoid the lines at the beginning of the month but my calendar reminders on the 27 of each month is more reliable than this app. NFC works poorly and it takes ages until you can charge your pass. Most of the times I’ve to go to the machines at the metro station. 
This is a good idea, but needs to work good ☺️

I downloaded the app expecting to be able to charge or see the credit in my Navegante card. But seems like there is no way to make it work. NFC is never detecting the card. The app seems not to respond to any navegante card. I had to go to a station vending machine to operate on my card

It took my money for a monthly pass and then said the payment failed even though I was charged via mbway. I messaged them to get the money back but no response. Even the form to request a refund failed twice and I had to re enter everything including full details and screenshots each time.
