Setting up a personal loan through Naveo led to the loan being through Upstart but Naveo took money from me to open up a hidden savings account that I didn’t have access to and then hid the balance of the savings account after I registered an account on their website to check the balance. The app has a poor user experience and poor design

This app is terrible. It looks like it's from the 90's and doesn't work well. Shame that Naveo won't invest in building a proper app.
