## What is Naver Mail?

The NAVER Mail app is here to make your email management smarter!

※  The new NAVER Mail app can only be used on iOS 17.0 and up.

1. Easily find the mails you want.
· You can group and view the mails collected in chronological order by conversation or person. 
· Use the filter feature to quickly group unread mails/important mails/mails with attachments/VIP mails.
· You can separately view promotion mails, invoice/payment mails, and mails from social media services or NAVER Café, which are automatically classified to the smart mailbox.
· The NAVER Mail app allows you to view and manage your frequently used external mailing accounts, such as Gmail and Outlook.

2. Write smart emails on the app.
· Use bold/underline/colored fonts to emphasize important words, and insert images in your mail body.
· You can attach and send files uploaded to your MYBOX.
· Use the translation feature to write mails in foreign languages hassle-free.

3. Safeguard your mail. 
· We will detect and inform you in advance of files with viruses/malicious codes before attaching/downloading them.
· Use the password lock to keep your mail app safe.

4. Supports Dark Mode, allowing you to comfortably read emails in low-light environments.

스크롤감이 기본적으로 구리고 자꾸 가로로 먹음 위아래로 올리는게 기본이어야하는데 안올라가고 옆으로 밀리기만함 너무 불편함 메일 스크롤할때마다 저혈압치료됨

I’ve been using this email app and Service for quite a few years since I was had spent some time in Japan. What I learnt to speak a bit of Japanese, I never really got to grips with being able to read it very well. Not having the English support anymore makes it very hard to navigate this app, which is a shame because a lot of people have this email address, and I’d like to continue using it more.

여러 네이버 계정을 사용중인데, 멀티태스킹으로 다른 앱들을 사용하고 다시 네이버메일 앱으로 돌아오면 계정을 선택하라는 화면이 나옵니다. 그래서 메인 계정을 선택하면 이미 선택되어있는 계정이라 메세지가 나오면서 메일화면으로 안들어가져요. 이 현상은 전에부터 있던건데, 최근에 더욱 그 빈도가 심해졌어요. 꽤 자주 그래서 불편해요.

둘째, 계정 보안을 강화하기 위해 2단계 인증(2FA) 기능을 추가해 주시길 바랍니다. 구글 OTP나 인증 앱을 통한 2FA가 도입된다면 보안을 중요시하는 사용자들에게 더욱 안심하고 서비스를 이용할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
