Getting into the app takes an eternity, and the refresh rate is painfully slow. Every time I open it or try to load a route, I'm stuck waiting forever on a laggy, unresponsive screen. Why even bother creating such a useless piece of software if it can't even handle basic speed and user experience? Google Maps runs circles around this trash.
