저는 DIAT인터넷정보검색 자격증시험을 앞두고있는 학생입니다. 그런데 요즘 너무 빡침니다. 아니 2000몇년 기준금리가 몇프로인지 숫자로 쓰라네요. 그런데 기준금리는 안나오고 갑자기 호날두가 나와요! 호날두뿐만이 아니라 러시아, 중국 등등 나올 국가는 죄다 나오고요, 이번엔 남아메리카 원주민의 언어로 피리를 뜻하는 악기를 쓰래요 그렇게 검색을 햇는데 원래는 제일 관련이 있는 원주민, 악기 등등이1페이지에 나와야 하는거 아니가요? 대한민국, 중국이 1페이지에 처나오고요 진짜 악기는 8페이지중에 7페이지에 처나옵니다. 이게 말이 되나요? 그리고 네이버AI개선좀 시켜주시기 바랍니다. 이녀석이 알려준대로 썻는데 틀렸어요! 그런데 제가 “야 너때문에 틀렸잖아 이게 아니라 이거라는데??” 이런 식으로 말을 했죠. 보통 AI나 사람들은 그때 사과를 하잖아요? 근데 이 ㅅㄲ는 사과는 커녕 “맞습니다!! 여기서는 이게 아니라 이게 더 정확합니다!!”
이런식으로 ㅈㄹ을 해요 아니 그럼 더 정확한놈을 말해야지 왜 이상한걸 말하냐고요!! 시진핑어쩌고 하는 협박을 해야지 이제사야 사과를 합니다! 이놈때문에 시간초과한날이 수두룩해요ㅠㅠ

1점인데 올라가라고 5점 드립니다 네이버의 본질인은 검색엔진이라는걸 잊지 마세요 숏폼은 따로 칸을 만들던가 하세요 검색하는 칸 바로 밑에 제 검색어를 바탕으로 떠 있는거 아주 불쾌합니다 그리고 주로 4050들이 시청하다보니 댓글 수준이 가관입니다 젊은 애들이 올린 숏폼에 조롱에 조롱을 더하니 정말 불쾌합니다 신속한 조치 바랍니다

포털이면 포털 답게 어플리케이션은 그 목적에 집중해주세요. 제발. 참다참다 리뷰 적는데 고집 센 분들이 제대로 보시기나 하련지 모르겠네요. 맨 왼쪽 네비게이션 버튼이 홈으로 돌아가는 게 아니라 쇼핑 버튼인 게 논리적으로 맞다고 생각하시는 거예요? 실무자들이야 위에서 시키는대로 했겠죠? 그럼 위엣분들 제발 어떻게든 좀 지랄 좀 삼가세요. 사용자들이 네이버 플러스 스토어 접속하려고 네이버 어플에 들어와요? 니네 주력 서비스인 검색 기능 사용하려고 이 어플을 쓸 거 아니에요. 좀 사용자 입장으로 편하게 설계하면 어디가 덧나요? 아니면 그럴 능력이 없는 거예요? 대기업이 일반 에이전시보다 일을 못하면 여기까지는 어떻게 큰 건지 의문이에요. 카톡이나 네이버나 서비스 플랫폼이라는 게 무슨 사용성 고려는 없이 그짝들 뭐 대단하지도 않은 서브브랜드 쑤셔넣는 이유는 대체 뭐예요? 네이버 쇼핑이 이시대 최고의 쇼핑 플랫폼이어서 사용자들이 와! 너무 좋다! 이럴 걸로 예상한 것도 아닐테고 궁극적인 목적을 대체 뭐라고 생각하는 거예요. 서비스라는 것의 정의를 몰라요? 사용자가 단순 실수로 누르는 게 90%인 pv로 자위라도 하려는 거예요 뭐예요. 이해가 하나도 안 되고 불편하기만 해서 그래요. 일을 놀라울 정도로 너무 못 하세요….. 레전드. 네이버쇼핑앱은 여기에 끼워넣지 말고 그 많은 자본으로 어떻게든 별도로 입성 띄우세요. 잘 쓰던 충실 유저들 짜증나게 하지 말고요. 그쪽들이나 카카오나 대한민국 대기업 수준 인증하는 거 아니면요.

전 옛날 부터 사용했는데요...ai 기능으로 업뎃 됐더라구요! 그런데...ai 기능만 전체적으로 나오는게 불편하네요...! 그리고 ai가 정확하지 않아서 불편한거는 인정합니다 그런데 어떤 것을 질문하면 그건 ai기능이 나오고,어떤 것은 ai 기능이 나오지 않더라고요.그래서 질문도 바꿔야 하고...좀 불편하네요.이런 것들을 참고해주셨으면 감사하겠습니다!

혐오스러운 글 사진 랜덤하게 뜰 때도 있는데 정말 보고싶지 않습니다. 홈피드에 검색창만 있던 때가 좋았어요. 검색 엔진으로서 네이버의 매력을 더 떨어뜨리는 기능입니다. 재고해보세요 제발. 지금은 끄고싶어도 인기 콘텐츠 아니면 개인화된 추천콘텐츠 선택만 가능하던데 몇번 검색한 키워드로 매번 뜨고 불편해 죽겠습니다.

It is exceptionally difficult to complete the process to create the account only to have it blocked.   I provided information to have it unblocked - including a photo of my passport- only to be told it could not be unblocked.   
The process to get help is convoluted and one way  - no way to get or give clarification. 
Kakao, CATCHTABLE, other S Korean apps a pleasure to use.   Naver no help - horrible experience
