Most of the times the E-Paper fails to download…displays a message that the paper is not yet published. Will the developer please fix the glitch.

I have been checking everyday but the E-Paper fails to download on my iPad….please fix the glitch or else refund my subscriptions…it’s so disappointing….

I subscribed to a monthly service. Every day I open the app it doesn’t recognise that I have a subscription. After opening the paper twice it only then becomes accessible 

Today there is an error and I can’t access the paper at all. Please fix this
