This app is extremely clunky and is not user friendly. It does not maintain your open search or page when you move between screens in your phone. You have to start from scratch again on the main page. It is also not very aesthetically appealing. 

Customer service is also quick to blame you for problems instead of taking an initiative to investigate and correct the root cause. 

Not recommended when trying to impress your clients.

Great app most of the time but the current release has broken the messaging component.

It cuts off the messages after about 30 characters.

- I DO like how quickly this app is updated and how accurate the listings are. 
- I also like the easy connection with my realtor. 
(Hence the 2 stars.)

But for even basic searches (like a city), this app loses me. I’m not sure what my problem is; I’m not typically one who struggles with tech. But this app has me stumped! The search function just does NOT work properly for me. Whenever I enter an address in the address field, it says it can’t find it, or no listings available!

Also, the photos apparently cannot be zoomed in on for a better view. That’s a no-brainer - a must-have option. (Perhaps I’m missing something. ??)

Unfortunately, I’m missing a LOT with this app - and I don’t have the time to sit down and figure it all out. 

So it’s back to Zillow I go... 😕 
Sorry, Navica. A more intuitive, user-friendly interface shd be your highest priory.

I like the app, it’s simple to use and to the point. I deducted a star because when you “reject” a property it still shows up in the list of available properties. It would be great if rejected properties would be hidden or have a hide feature.

FYI; 
When I downloaded this app, I ( for some reason) did NOT have to submit an access code. 
This app is excellent for someone who is searching an area for real estate!
Easy download and operation. 
Went for a drive in the area this afternoon to test the app. I found that you need to be relatively close to a property for the "Instaview" to work. 
The map tab works great for find what's available in a larger area. 
The search tab works OK, but don't be too specific in you search info or it will come up wth nothing found
Without this app, your probably missing out on allot of property listings!

This app does a lot really well. However there are a few things that could improve the experience. 

Feature Request:
- allow removal of pending and off market houses from favorites
- allow notifications when pending houses are active again
- add a filter to favorites list

This is the perfect tool to work with your realtor to find houses. It doesn’t include for sale by owner homes that aren’t listed with a realtor though.

I have been using this app with my clients for a while and most of them love how easy it is to use and how quickly it updates. Because this app is designed by the company that supports our local MLS system, it updates in real time and is faster then all other apps available. Plus you have a direct link to your Realtor to discuss listings right in the app.
