I downloaded and followed instructions. The scanner shows “error” and nowhere on the site is there a place to fix the problem. It doesn’t pay to to do governmental quick fixes.

QR Code scan does not work on two different packs!!!!!  Does not scan on either an iPhone 12 plus or an iPad.   Click on “support” I get “error 404” and support is not available.  $80 bucks wasted.  I am off to go to a Pharmacia to get tested by a human being.  The plus is that it is really pretty packaging and looks really cool.  To bad its a pice of do-do.

I just downloaded this app for me to do my coilvd 19 test at home I have tried scanning the bar and it’s not scanning, I’m confused with it I last coilvd test was back In April before taking a plane to see my grandparents.

The app doesn’t work.  QR code doesn’t scan on iPhone 13 Pro Max.  Tried with numerous orientations, distances and backgrounds. Sadly, this is useless.
