The scanner shows “error” and nowhere on the site is there a place to fix the problem. Does not scan on either an iPhone 12 plus or an iPad. Click on “support” I get “error 404” and support is not available. $80 bucks wasted. I am off to go to a Pharmacia to get tested by a human being. The plus is that it is really pretty packaging and looks really cool.
