App will not let you register and therefore useless.  Navien please fix, controlling my heater with the app is the only reason I bought EQM580 model.

This is the same like the plastic remote. App doesn’t provide any other functions except the basic ones controlled by Plastic remote control. Not possible to control with any Smart assistance like google, siri, and even alexa.

Has been working fine until 3/4/25. Now the app is not connecting (opening). ‘Find Account Info’ doesn’t send any verification code. No information on what’s going on….

I’ve been using the app over a year. I love the water heated mattress but hate the app. Always crashing, no update, errors. Had to add 3 different device but ended up app crashed. I bought this mattress because of wifi/bluetooth options especially the weather gets cold. I use the app for turn up the mattress before I get home so I can jump in the bed after shower from outside. Please fix the app and update constantly. Thank you.

When I click my device after I added, I get kicked out of the app automatically. So, I can’t do anything with the app. I bought this expensive mat on purpose due to that extra functions compared to other Korean heating mats that are cheaper. I am now regretting that I bought this for myself.  이럴거면 일반 매트 다른거 살거 그랬어요 한국분들 앱 기능 안되요. 비추천이에요 그냥 일반거 다른 제품 사시는게 나을듯해요

I just set up my heated mattress pad and after downloading the app, it won’t send me a verification code. I cannot make an account. Timer for verification code keeps resetting and so I’m just going to assume that the app doesn’t work and so don’t waste your time.

Many users have pointed out how buggy the app is. In my particular case, it does not even save the timezone setting. This makes scheduling on/off cycles near useless.
