Smart Tok? More s—t Tok…… ### 3/5 — Pretty confusing but works *2021-11-10, version 1.04.01* After losing connection before and being unable to reconnect. I realised what I was doing wrong. When you press the ok button on the controller for 3 secs. Go to your phones Wi-Fi setting and choose the Navien Boiler controller in there. You will be able to progress after that no problem ### 3/5 — Room for improvements *2021-05-05, version 1.04.01* Worked fine on my iPhone, connected without issue. Easy to programme if you follow the instructions. Good to turn heating on remotely before returning home on a cold day. Timer programmer in app could do with upgrade to include minutes as it’s merely hours just now, such as the face of timer plug you’d put a light on with if away on holiday. Decent product though. ### 1/5 — A lot harder to set up than it should be *2020-10-07, version 1.03.00* Really complicated to set up for the first time. I tried following the instructions but gave up. I came back to it a day later and (doing the same thing as before) it decided to work. Terrible app. Has no functionality that the thermostat doesn’t have. Pointless. ### 1/5 — Terrible on iPhones *2020-08-03, version 1.03.00* Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. If Navien are really going to break into the UK market, this app needs to work properly. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t like Apple Products *2020-07-12, version 1.03.00* Doesn’t get passed login. Spoke to UK Rep and installer still awaiting reply. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2019-12-07, version 1.2.0* Can’t get the App to work. Says it’s a WIfi issue and it is not. Engineers gives some BS about it being a Google Server issue - rubbish ### 1/5 — Seriously needs updating/fixing! *2019-11-03, version 1.1* Cannot even progress through the setup stage as the app will not try to make a connection to networks. Tried alongside a Samsung device and the Samsung breezed through setup.
