It doesn’t let you into your own account. It doesn’t let you link to the boiler and when it fails you have to create a new account. Spelling is poor. Needs a good investment to make it good for U.K market.

Had one of these for 4 years utter rubbish,keeps losing connection and unable to connect to Wi-Fi, gives a number to contact navien but still no help. Smart Tok? More s—t Tok……

Really complicated to set up for the first time. I tried following the instructions but gave up. I came back to it a day later and (doing the same thing as before) it decided to work. 

Terrible app. Has no functionality that the thermostat doesn’t have. Pointless.

Can’t get the App to work. Says it’s a WIfi issue and it is not. Engineers gives some BS about it being a Google Server issue - rubbish

Cannot even progress through the setup stage as the app will not try to make a connection to networks. Tried alongside a Samsung device and the Samsung breezed through setup. This app needs an urgent fix just to enable setup, absolutely useless on iOS

The signup process doesn’t work, won’t let me connect to the boiler after following all the steps (says no connection to internet after 80% of “validating product ID”)

Basically useless as it stands.

After losing connection before and being unable to reconnect. I realised what I was doing wrong. When you press the ok button on the controller for 3 secs. Go to your phones Wi-Fi setting and choose the Navien Boiler controller in there. You will be able to progress after that no problem

Worked fine on my iPhone, connected without issue. Easy to programme if you follow the instructions. Good to turn heating on remotely before returning home on a cold day. Timer programmer in app could do with upgrade to include minutes as it’s merely hours just now, such as the face of timer plug you’d put a light on with if away on holiday. Decent product though.
