You cannot create an account. The support tab then sends you to a text number that doesn’t work.

This has to be the worst app ever. As a tech in the field it can never find serial numbers or add service logs.

If you’re a homeowner, don’t bother.  This app appears to be for installers who want to get rebated on fees.  App is buggy and seems to be a sales gimmick.

I was planning to use the app to track the maintenance for my new water heater, but the app can’t find my water heater’s serial number which is required for that.

So you probably want this app just when your unit needs fixing.  But the app does not let you create an account.  It fails on the Country table.  Seems they did not do basic QC.  Does that indicate how my new heater will perform?

Bought a home with a Niven TWH. I thought the app would be a helpful resource. It’s a waste of time.

The app allows useful but very limited controls. Why am I unable to adjust recirc settings etc from the app? That seems like a really dumb oversight. Also, much of the EMS data that is supposed to be displayed simply doesn’t populate in the app at all. 

No support from Navien, they don’t respond to questions or feedback. 

Overall the app is a major disappointment.
