I keep trying to login to this app, but I never receive any email that gives me the confirmation code

The app is broken after the most recent update. It keeps crashing and not allowing me to log results. Worked flawlessly until today. It even comes up with a strange message saying my phone is jailbroken, but it was brand new out of the box only a couple of days ago, so it could never have been jailbroken! I’ve tried installing on my iPad, and it even says it thinks my iPad is jailbroken! This is a very annoying bug. It has worked flawlessly every day up until today, which lines up directly with the latest update. Please fix the app so I can log my results!
