It never loads. I tried reload and clear cache and reload both several times.

**Developer response:** You are completely right—we experienced a server-side loading bottleneck around that time that clearing the cache couldn't fix. The good news? We have completely migrated our entire database architecture to a brand-new, ultra-fast cloud engine. The loading bug is officially dead. Please download our latest update and give it another spin. If you look under Settings, you will see your User ID at the bottom; feel free to email that ID to our support address so we can ensure your account is running perfectly on the new engine. If everything loads instantly now, we’d love it if you considered updating your rating!
