Most of what I write ends up buried and forgotten. This app is so well organized that everything actually stays useful. My fiancée loves the layout too. We have an upcoming trip and this is by far the best-organized tool we've used. Keep up the great work! ### 5/5 — We Ditched Google Docs for This 📝 *2026-09-03* My fiancée and I were planning our Japan trip in Google Docs, but as our itinerary grew, it became hard to manage. This app made it easy to add ideas, organize our days, and see the trip come together. Now we have a clear itinerary we can both follow and build together. No more scrolling through endless links and notes. Planning feels less overwhelming and way more exciting. If you’re planning a big trip, I highly recommend this APP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ### 5/5 — Easy planner *2026-08-18* I have seen some planner and used them but this is the best planner I’ve seen. I will definitely use this and share with my friends and family ### 5/5 — Neat app! Easy to use *2026-08-17* Very cute app that’s perfect for planning trips. I’ve used it for two trips so far. It helped us “navigate” the trip flawlessly. One of my favorite features is how your group can like items and then pin them to the cork board. I really love the UI! The concierge feature is super unique and helpful. I would highly recommend trying it out. ## Frequently asked questions about NaviiGate ### How does NaviiGate help with group trip planning? Add photos and PDFs to any stop or idea, and tap the paper clip on a card to open them. • Who can see this: share a stop or leg with everyone, only you, the people going, or a few named crew. • Share cards now show check-in/check-out and departure/arrival times. • A tidier attachments section and smaller fixes. ### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-03 Your travel passport Every trip you take now earns a visa sticker, with a stamp for each place you reach. Flip through the pages from your profile. Plan flights and stays end by end Tap DEPART or ARRIVE on a flight to edit that end — where it leaves from, when, and in which timezone — instead of one long form. Navii can look up each end's timezone for you. Hotel check-in and check-out work the same way. Ideas land where you can see them Add an idea and the corkboard opens right on it, marked, with a note confirming it landed. When you ask Navii to find ideas or research a place, it now tells you where the results will appear — and rings when they do. Bring a plan in, take one out Paste an email, a chat thread, or a plan from anywhere and Navii reads it into your itinerary. Export a trip as a structured file and it reads back exactly — instantly, and free. Reminders that fit your trip Choose whether stop reminders cover every stop or only the ones you're on, and set your own quiet hours — always measured where the stop actually is, not where you are. Copy anything Confirmation codes, notes, addresses and Navii's research are now real text you can select, copy, and look up. Plus dozens of fixes across timezones, imports, photos and navigation. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-17 Navii is now NaviiGate — same app, same trips, same concierge, new name. Also in this update: • Trip invite links now open right in the app • Notes and locations you add to an idea now save and reopen correctly • The "researched" badge only appears on ideas Navii actually researched • Crew counts now agree everywhere, including people who haven't joined yet • A cleaner "Not here yet" crew section ### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-13 No release notes. ## Apps similar to NaviiGate | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [NaviiTrip — AI Trip Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/naviitrip-ai-trip-planner/id6759676896) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Travel | | [Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/zenmaya-oceanfront-phuket/id6711327108) | — | Free | Travel | | [BATA Link](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/bata-link/id6446231565) | 4.7 (252) | Free | Travel | | [Terranea Resort](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/terranea-resort/id1637851349) | 2.7 (11) | Free | Travel | | [holoholo Mobility](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/holoholo-mobility/id1558580591) | 3.2 (37) | Free | Travel | | [Portland Near Me Now](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/portland-near-me-now/id1661418385) | 4.8 (29) | Free | Travel | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
