Had to hire a Navimore dealer to set it up. Says does 1.5 acres, but that takes 2-3 days and about 10 recharges, which it does not say. ### 4/5 — Mow app works well *2026-07-20, version 4.2.0* Mow app works well. Mower works as advertised. Will not do thick or long grass at all. Found its best as a maintenance mower. Needs short grass to start. Now when we come over we can simply visit. It does the job well three times weekly, was easy for a 63 year old to set up and edit, and was easy to put away in winter and break out in spring. Kolejny problem dotyczy sterowania pogodowego które jest na tyle irytujące że zaciąga pogodę z Internetu natomiast często ta pogoda się nie zgadza z rzeczywistością w efekcie czego Kosiarka Kosi nawet gdy pada deszcz albo stoi w garażu ponieważ w prognozie pogody obecnie pada deszcz co faktycznie nie występuje. Producent niewątpliwy chciał zaoszczędzić ale to powoduje bardzo dużą irytację użytkoWnika. We had Benson for 2 years, but he kept getting hung up on the stone borders around the gardens. So we would have to run home and rescue him to redirect him. BenTina goes about her business, never asks for directions and we don’t worry about a thing! Pour le reste deux tours de piston suffit pour mémoriser le parcours. Donc 15 sur cinq sur l’ergonomie du système. Last year when I got the unit it was pretty good. This year after updates it’s been useless. Whole thing needs re setting and then remapping which is a total pain ### 1/5 — Customer care *2026-06-26, version 4.2.0* I am sorry to report that even if the core technology is really good and cut the grass the customer service is appalling. A lot of of the early issues I had were down to the lack of training and knowledge of the retailer who sold it to me I would’ve thought that any reseller working with Segway would’ve had full and proper training but unfortunately not. A lot of of the issues come down to the mapping procedures which the reseller had no real idea about. The second issue I have is the online Support which again is appalling. Delayed response responses and difficult truncated conversations. Come on Segway having a live chat would help enormously. ### 1/5 — Kantenmähen nicht zufriedenstellend! *2026-06-17, version 4.2.0* Ich bewerte hier hauptsächlich die Kombination aus App und Steuerung des Navimow, auch wenn mir bewusst ist, dass ein Teil der Logik im Rasenmäher selbst steckt. Das Kantenmähen ist in meinem Garten nicht zufriedenstellend. Am Rand bleibt deutlich zu viel Gras stehen, selbst nach mehreren Mähvorgängen. Ich habe die Fläche zuerst automatisch erkennen lassen – dabei blieb eher mehr Rand ungemäht. Danach habe ich den Außenbereich manuell abgefahren und die Begrenzung angepasst, aber die Verbesserung war nur gering. Sträucher und höheres Gras aus den Beeten führen offenbar dazu, dass der Mäher zusätzlichen Sicherheitsabstand hält, sodass an diesen Stellen mehr Rand stehen bleibt. Gerade dort würde ich mir eine sauberere Schnittkante wünschen. Unabhängig davon, ob die Ursache in der App, in der Gerätesoftware oder in den Sensoren liegt: Das Ergebnis auf meinem Rasen entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen. Für einen Mähroboter in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich eine bessere Randabdeckung und mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten in der App erwartet. Solange sich die Situation durch Updates oder zusätzliche Optionen nicht spürbar verbessert, werde ich App und System persönlich nicht weiterempfehlen. ### 1/5 — Poco affidabile *2026-06-02, version 4.1.5* Ogni giorno si schianta o si arresta senza motivo in qualche parte del giardino. Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen und sehr übersichtlich. Die Verbindung klappte ohne Probleme. Regen erkennt der Zwerg automatisch. They’re very expensive but when you think about how much time you’re saving in the fact that you could have your lawnmower every day if you wanted to or every other day without even thinking about it and having to go find the Mowrer like I’ve had to deal with other robot mowers, you realize it’s going to be worth it, especially after two seasons. ### 5/5 — Keine Benachrichtigungen *2026-07-16* Also ich bewerte jetzt einmal hier die App und nicht den Roboter. Obwohl alles aktiviert ist in den Systemeinstellungen. Auch in der App erhalte ich keinerlei Benachrichtigung, wenn der Roboter fertig ist zur Ladestation fährt oder sonst was! Ich hab die App schon zig mal neu gestartet auch das iPhone zig mal neu gestartet, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen die App verschickt keine Benachrichtigungen. Erst wenn ich die App öffne, sehe ich in der Benachrichtigung wenn irgendwas vorgefallen. Und das geht so nicht. Wie ich im Internet gelesen habe, bestanden diese Probleme schon vor Monaten letztes Jahr und ich kann nicht verstehen, wie so ein Unternehmen, das nicht in den Griff kriegt. Wenn der Roboter versucht wird zu klauen, und ich keine Benachrichtigung auf dem iPhone kriege, ist doch Käse! ### 5/5 — No more mowing! *2026-07-15* This works exactly as advertised and does a great job mowing our lawn. Just make sure you set aside the time to find the best location for the GPS antenna. Once that is done, schedule your mows and forget about it. We are mowing approximately 2000m2 (in 4 zones). It took a day to map the boundaries but was easy to do. We did a last cut with the old mower which meant that on the first Navimow cut we picked up a lot of grass on the wheels but now we have a rhythm it’s magnificent! Works its way around our property without fault and we often watch it from 300km away.
