■「エマNAVI」の概要
１．事故のときの初期対応（事故緊急通報サービス）
専門のオペレータが運転者に代わって、消防・警察の要請やロードアシスタンスサービスの取次ぎを行う「事故緊急通報サービス」をご利用いただけます。
(注）ユーザー情報の登録に続き、試験通報を行うことで、「事故緊急通報サービス」を利用できるようになります。

２．故障・トラブル（ロードアシスタンスサービス）
お客さまがロードアシスタンスサービスをご利用する際に、GPS機能を使って迅速に出動業者を手配できます。

３．事故動画の送信（動画アップロードサービス）
ONESドライブレコーダーで取得した事故時の動画を、スマートフォン上であいおいニッセイ同
和損保に送信できます。

４．代理店に連絡
代理店情報を登録することで、担当の代理店・扱者にすぐに連絡することができます。

５．契約内容確認・変更
ご契約内容の変更、商品のお問合わせを電話・Webで受け付けております。

■注意事項
１．動作環境について
対象OS：iOS 11以上
(注) OS・機種によってはご利用いただけない場合があります。

２．ご利用上の注意点
(１)本アプリを運転中に操作する行為は大変危険ですので、絶対に行わないでください。
(２)アプリ起動中、スマートフォンの温度が上昇し、アプリが自動的に中断したり、再起動する場合があります。
(３)スマートフォンのバッテリーを著しく消費する場合は、充電装置を使用してください。
(４) 本サービスならびにサービス開始操作、サービス終了操作に関係し発生する通信費用（通話料を含みます。）は、利用者が負担するものとします。
(５)「事故緊急通報サービス」「ロードアシスタンスサービス」「動画アップロードサービス」は、あいおいニッセイ同和損保の自動車保険（ドライバー保険等を除きます）のご契約のバイクが対象となり、ご契約の保険期間中にのみご利用いただけます。
３．制限事項
(１)事故緊急通報サービス・ロードアシスタンスサービス共通
・携帯電話事業者の回線障害、GPS衛星の障害、電波状況等により、本サービスを提供できない場合があります。
・スマートフォンのGPS機能がオフになっている場合、サービスを提供することができません。
(２)動画アップロードサービスについて
・携帯電話事業者の回線障害、電波状況等により、本サービスを提供できない場合があります。
