NAVIS helps eligible travelers shop selected duty-free products when arriving in Muscat, Oman.

Browse available items, place an order within applicable travel and customs limits, and choose from eligible pickup or authorized delivery options where available.

The app is designed for eligible travelers only. Alcohol-related products are restricted to users who meet the legal age, traveler eligibility, customs allowance, and verification requirements applicable in Oman. Final order approval, pickup, or delivery may require verification of age, identity, travel documents, flight details, and purchase eligibility.
