Will never receive Security Code to validate the app! ### 1/5 — Password *2021-11-17, version 1.6.4* I put my phone number in to get pass code hit send. Says it was sent but I’m not receiving it. I check twice to make sure I put the right number in. My phone isn’t receiving it. When app appears to not show when at shipper or delivery it has somehow updated load web page. Arrived at delivery stop and app showed that shipper arrival needed to be input while on website load page it shows both arrival and departure from shipper by the app. What kind of app updates CH but still shows need for updating shipper arrival on the app user interface. - Bottom of app screen with green compass icon has correct location name both in green yet the next line says it is not tracking. If it’s not tracking how does it know my location? What a farce! Carrier is rated by use of app with no allowance for poorly functioning app. Has always been wonky but since November 2020 update it’s absolutely terrible. You would think that given this app is meant to eventually put more CH representatives out of a job, they might want to develop an app that is truly cutting edge and worked to a much higher degree of accuracy. ### 1/5 — Truck driver *2020-07-29, version 1.5.3* App not working!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-03-30, version 1.5.2* Good when it works. Then loads to main screen where a circle spins for an unlimited amount of time. If i type in the load number it crashes the app. Not a review but dont know how to contact the Devs any other way. If you show up the night before your delivery it will show you are done. Wish they would fix this problem.
