I WANT A REFUND!!! ### 1/5 — No questions *2023-12-01* I have no questions loading ### 1/5 — Not a real business. They don’t care about your money *2023-11-01* Their Facebook page was littered with memes at one point, one after the other in rapid succession. I commented criticizing how I had to sift through the useless garbage to find useful information, and they blocked me. I emailed them directly about what happened, and presumably the same person in charge of the social media page went back and posted about me, which I could see. I couldn’t even respond because I was blocked from commenting. I get that we need humor and relief once in a while, but this isn’t your personal social media page. I was a paying customer who didn’t want my feed being filled up by memes from a page I only sought to get education-related updates from, and I got banned after one comment. Everyone else had no context and assumed I was some kind of a prude. This “business” is a joke and they deserve their current rating. Bluejacketeer for the win. I scored an 80 using that app and promoted E-5 during a low-quota cycle. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-08-24* It doesn’t have the sections i want to actually study and the manuals aren’t even there as well **Developer response:** DoD made us remove the actual publications. We do the best we can with what we have to work with. ### 1/5 — Why *2023-08-13* You can no longer use the app off-line **Developer response:** It doesn't have a manual offline mode but the app downloads the material so it can be used offline without you needing to do anything. ### 1/5 — Garbage update *2023-08-12* Not sure when the update happened, but I much prefer the previous version. This update does not keep my study progress which is not helpful. I do not like how it logs me out every time I close that app and i have to find the password every time. At least put face recognition on it. I already have too many passwords to try to remember. If it is not broke, don’t fix it! Doesn't matter if the look/feel of the app is outdated, what matters is the content. **Developer response:** We liked the old version as well. Wasn't our choice for the redesign. Had to comply with a lot of new rules. Progress bars should be back soon and we like your suggestion about Face ID so we are going to implement that as soon as we can. Content is still the same. Please fix the app **Developer response:** If you are stuck on syncing you may still have the old version of the app installed. Make sure to delete it off your device and install the newest version. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log In. *2023-06-07* Every time I put my email and password in it just deletes everything! **Developer response:** This feels more like a tech support issue than a review. Please email tech support so they can help. ### 1/5 — Can’t use it *2023-06-02* Payed and can’t use it, since it won’t stop taking me to the pay page and then saying you already payed. **Developer response:** Sounds like you have the old version installed. Try deleting it off your device and installing the new version. If that doesn't work please email tech support. ### 2/5 — App *2024-01-20* Logs out every time I close out of the app, I tried to use this app during the summer while I was deployed so had to rely on a open computer whenever I wanted to study because of this issue. $20 is also insane for once a month, especially since we can’t even use it without internet and speaking for my own rate most of the material isn’t even in there. For the most part it’s helpful in the way that the questions are asked in the same format as the exams but the price is definitely something to gripe on, especially since only junior sailors all use this app. 2 stars for the price and the passive aggressive reply’s from whoever is answering these reviews. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The memes are great *2023-11-24* They have a Facebook, they post memes and information. Had to scramble to get this one up and running in 6 months. We didn't really have a choice unfortunately.
