My initial thought was a virtual appointment would not allow for a thoroughness and/or a complete assessment by the physician. I am so pleased to be so wrong about it. I felt the physician’s concern for my wellbeing through the phone. The physician even did an physical evaluation for movement in my arms and hands. Thank y’all again for such a wonderful alternative doctors appointments. I love the convenience of speaking with a provider from my home, I love that I do not have to make an appointment days to weeks out, I love the knowledge and caring of all providers I have seen since the online service was offered. I understand the explanation to come in for a visit of a problem that needs to have an in person personal visit.
