Also great for tracking expenses for tax purposes. I would recommend adding a way to adjust a judge’s fees when that judge chooses to have a room to themselves and the cost of the room needs to be deducted from the fees. ### 4/5 — Love the app! It is great to keep track of expenses for each meet. The report that it prints is perfect to send to the meet director. The individual invoices are nice to issue to each judge for their personal records. Recommendations for the next update: - Add the option to include contact information for each judge so that it is included (automatically) in the report for the meet director. What this means for you Existing judges keep their current level and rate - nothing changes automatically for judges already in your Judges list or already assigned to a meet. The new rates and level names appear whenever you add a new judge or edit an existing judge's level. If you edit the level of a judge who's on an older level code, you'll now choose from the updated list - selecting a new level updates their rate going forward. Note: A judge's level is stored independently for each meet they've worked. If you update a judge's level in your Judges database, that change applies going forward but does not change the level (or fee) already recorded for that judge on meets they were previously added to - those meets keep the level the judge had at the time they were added.
