The support team is no help either and rude and they are extremely slow responders. All my money is stuck, and I can’t access my salary or daily funds. If you need to investigate, at least block the disputed amount — not the whole account. No dark mode. 2. Some parts are permanently glitched and I can’t get a physical card out. 3. Customer support is difficult to contact. 4. The new update supposedly looks cleaner but has made it more difficult to navigate. For year ago and use this cor 1 month only and I don’t buy the iCloud storage again but my NayaPay card is bind with my apple ID and there are multiple failed transection did by apple and transactions are not processed. But now thats situation a year ago and now I ordered a NayaPay virtual card and I pay fee so they cut the failed transection fee. And I ask which bank cut the failed transaction fee. They say to improve platform sustainability to users bla bla bla.
