My experience with this coach was extremely negative.  For $265 over three weeks, I expected professional guidance and constructive feedback.  Instead, I received almost no feedback or instruction, making the entire experience unproductive.  Worse, the coach made inappropriate and offensive comments questioning my intelligence.  I have retained email correspondence documenting these issues.  I strongly advise against hiring this coach

I decided to join Nayara's program two months after I had my first child. The program changed my life completely.
1000/10.
In addition to wonderful fitness results, I've seen a significant improvement in all areas of my life after applying the lessons I've learned from Nayara over the last few months. 
I've been on the program for almost a year now and I intend to continue investing in my health and well-being with Nayara's guidance.
