I booked and paid for a reservation, and we confirmed the details via WhatsApp. However, after two hours, and at a very late hour, they canceled my reservation, claiming they could not find a car of the same category. This was particularly frustrating as it was a critical time for me, and I couldn't look for an alternative on such short notice. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that the staff are supposed to provide better service, especially given the circumstances.
