Nayra is a financial confidence app built for students and young professionals in the GCC region. Learn how money works, talk to an AI coach in plain English, and connect with a private community of peers, all in one calm, distraction-free space. Designed in partnership with the European Women's Association (EWA) and piloted at the American University of Sharjah, Nayra turns the basics of personal finance into short, daily lessons you can finish on your way to class. FIVE TABS, ONE JOURNEY • Home: your daily insight, streak, and next action in 30 seconds. • Journey: four modules, 35 bite-sized lessons, hands-on exercises. Earn XP as you go. • Community: anonymous posts, polls, and topic threads with people who get it. No DMs, no ads. • AI: a private AI coach for money questions. Honest answers, no jargon, never sales pitches. • Profile: track progress, badges, streaks, and your personal financial confidence index (FCI). Signing in no longer bounces you back to the login screen. Notifications have a "New" section at the top, and a swiped-away one can be undone. Achievements show clear progress ("2 / 7 days"). Lessons pick up where you left off instead of starting over. Follow-up assessment 30 days after your first one, so you can see how far you have come.
