You have to use their crappy app. Can’t customise anything, can’t write much in the notes, and then you can’t edit or delete your notes. Then their gyros are $10! What if someone (like I just did) orders and pays but forgets to scan their phone. Now I spent almost $30 and forgot to scan and there’s no way to add missed points after the fact. That opens the way for lost business because personally, if I didn’t have my phone on me and I was hungry, I’d go somewhere else in fear of losing my points.
