## Most critical reviews (2 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Its imited. Way too limited.

*2021-06-03, version 3.9.2*

All of the apps of Needham Bank work as it where the first days of the computer.
The cost to do an app is big, right?
Why bother build 3 of them:
One for personal account; one business account and one exclusive for the credit card.
Worst! You got to pass a dozen security levels and put them all ( linked ). ( Not really ! it is complicated and NASA got to study this app first to understand it)
Do something simple!
Make it simple but make it once!
put them all in one place inter-related; intra connected and better for usage.

### 2/5 — Lacks basic functionalities.

*2022-08-03, version 3.9.2*

This is what happens when an app is developed without thinking about business requirements, processes or the customer experience.
Forget banking features, basic functions are blocked and “security” requirements are arbitrarily imposed without understanding risk or how it affects the user.
A simple example:

- Instead of deploying TFA, the app forces users to change the stand-alone password every few months.
- The PASTE function is blocked. This prevents the ability to paste a long, safe password that is generated by a password wallet. This makes users select a less safe, easy to memorize password.
- Password requirements are unclear. It states passwords must include a “special character”, but it does not accept all special characters and the list of allowed characters is not provided.
