Perhaps this may have something to do with Panini losing its NBA license and can no longer support the platform. App keeps getting worse over time. Now the app will only allow one feature when there used to be a half dozen. Maybe if you don’t buy their coins, they freeze you out over time. Games are limited and missing. One game cost 200 coins and the most you can win is 52 coins. Trade option doesn’t work or is too difficult. The Free daily pack option hasn’t worked in months. And the buy packs hasn’t worked, but you can’t buy any b/c the coin options have been garbage too. I am surprised by all the negative reviews! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and great customer support. I contacted them thinking I wasn’t given a card I won in an auction (I did! I forgot I traded it to my husband lol), I heard from customer service right away! Also - I very rarely experience any problems with the app itself. The only thing that has happened is that if I leave the app open for a long time and then go back to it, it doesn’t refresh itself, so I am then forced to close the app and open it again. I’ve got 50,000 plus cards in my collection on the app so I’m very familiar with it. It’s an app that I invest a lot of time and money into. If you’re a card collector like myself it’s a must have. Like any app it has some things that need to be fixed. My biggest problem at the moment is that it won’t let me watch the ads to collect free coins. You get daily free coins and rewards but you can also voluntarily watch video ads to collect coins and sometimes when I need 200-300 coins for something I will use that option but lately it just says videos aren’t available. Try again later. Not sure what the issue is. Also, at times the app will just kick me off and I have to open it back up to finish what I was doing. To be fair I love this app. It’s one of my favorites and I 100% recommend it to everyone. I just wanted to leave this review to make sure that the developers know there is an issue and hopefully they’ll work to resolve them.
