発達障害です。
生まれつき私のIQが低いのは致し方無いけど、頭が悪いとすぐ頭に血が上るし、いい事ないんです。でもこれを始めたらその悩みも劇的に改善出来て、仕事の効率も上がりました。ゲームじたいは難しいけど、N＝1から始めれば楽しく出来ますし、何より脳にとてもいいので、毎日コツコツと続けてます。
