It was simple and easy to use. In the old version, I could clearly see the full transaction history, including both the money that came into my account and the money that went out. It was very convenient to track everything in one place. In the current version, it only shows payment history. Now it is difficult to see how much money was received and from where. The app has become more complicated than before, and it is not as user-friendly. I hope the developers bring back the full transaction history feature like in the previous version, so users can easily track all incoming and outgoing transactions. **Developer response:** Hi there! We hope this helps. :) ### 4/5 — Overall great but has let me down a few times *2026-03-01* Bank apps have undoubtedly made online payment easier and so has Nabil bank app. However, one complaint would be that it sometimes betrays when it doesn’t load when I need to pay for something. It has happened 3 times so far. So this needs to be worked on. In a world where we barely carry cash as backup, bugs like this has really put me in a tight spot **Developer response:** Hello there! The only flaw I see is that when you load a wallet through the app, it takes a while for the money to arrive in the wallet. It’s good overall.👍 **Developer response:** Hi there! I tried to reset the password in my new phone as I lost my old one. When I tried to do it says to try from old one. What a biscuit! I have email the bank, called the bank so numerous time. They dont have a solution. Also, they used to provide me the information of my transactions through email which they have stop now. This really frustrating. Why cant I reset my password from my email? Every time I try log into app, and try any transaction or whatsoever the OTP would be sent to my number. Being abroad, I was unable to access, but customer service made it so easy, now OTP comes to email and I can use app from anywhere in the world. Transactions are easy, payments are easy.
