As soon as I select the service and go to select an appointment time, the app crashes. It worked fine a few weeks ago. I’ve deleted and updated on two different phones. Same issue. In the meantime I’m using Fresha to book N.Bar competitors. Fix it.

App and real time appointment availability are not in sync.

This is the worst service. You make an appointment for a reason same as requesting your preferred technician. But as usual appointment starts 30 mins late without the technician you requested. 
You need to change your strategy. Instead of excepting walk in clients when you do not have time, concentrate on being prepared ready and on time for clients that have made time to book their appointments. The girls on the desk need to be trained.

Recommend Linda in festival city. Nails were great!
