Why have an app with features that are not already accessible to customers? Have called three times to resolve the same tech issue and it’s still not resolved. And after received the SMS confirmation that my bank account was created, I am unable to access the digital platform without going through the ekyc process again. I keep receiving a screen that says that they are validating my identity (even after the account creation). The live chat service have no clue how to address this and they left the chat without responding to my texts.
