You can’t hear the news. Too many commercials! I’m deleting this app from my phone. ### 2/5 — So biased *2025-08-19, version 8.3.2* I’m stunned that you just reported 1/2 truths about ab495. You completely left out that that bill applies to ALL students not just children of deported parents. You should actually read legislation you report on and be balanced on your news. Unreal. This is NOT a severe weather alert, and it’s annoying because it was supposed to rain - and has been raining - most of the last 2 days. Time to delete the app for annoyingly frequent stupid weather messages - unless you fix the overkill and understand what “severe weather” means (flooding freeways, high winds would have been a helpful warning tonight - and ONLY that.) ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2025-01-30* Overall a decent app but a few things are making me want to delete it. This app keeps telling me there are alerts to be viewed when there aren’t any alerts in the app. What it’s really trying to get you to do is watch their 24/7 live news feed. When you watch the live news the alerts go away. Then immediately return when you leave the live feed. Older stories don’t always get refreshed with current ones and they have a section in Spanish without english versions. Live streaming the local news broadcast seems to work, but there’s no longer a way to tell when it’s going to be on since it’s constantly pre-empted. It’s been working correctly for a couple of weeks now….hope it continues thx! *** UPDATE Portrait mode still gets stuck at the Border traffic section. Why can’t you fix this? *** *** When are you going to fix the portrait mode issue of news stories stalling at the border traffic section on the iPad? *** Update***it seemed the issue was resolved yesterday with the app update however today it’s back to being stuck scrolling in portrait mode when it gets down to the border traffic vehicle wait times section. Can you remove that section permanently so this stops happening? This never happens on the iPhone (no border traffic section) just the iPad. Please make all of the news stories viewable in portrait mode for iPad mini. The ticker on the right side works fine. It’s the news stories on the left hand side. Once you scroll down to about the border traffic vehicle wait times it always freezes so you have to switch to landscape mode to scroll down and see all of the stories. It’s very annoying.
