I’ve sent several emails to NetPulse support. Messages have failed to send properly (no communication connection could be established). Please correct this issue. At present, I am missing 56 “rewards” points & counting. I’ve attempted several troubleshooting techniques - signing out, restarting my iPhone & deleting/reinstalling the NBD Fitness app. Nothing has worked - support is not responding & this leaves me with questions. Additionally, I would like to see a larger list of activities in the “record workout” option - perhaps even mimic the classes being offered. Please correct the sync option & “true up” accounts per the “weekly fitness summary”. ### 4/5 — Great app *2018-11-17, version 1.35* Love that they added group x classes. Only wish they showed how many days left on class credits.
