It helps me review on the go but what’s annoying about it is it’s so glitchy! While answering, the text disappear and the page becomes blank! This happens multiple times too! This app was extremely useful *2020-01-22* Took boards 2 weeks ago and just found out i passed. I used B&B, my schools review course, first aid and a couple of the dental decks during my 3.5 week studying. I would say this was one of the more useful resources I had. I was kicking myself for not reviewing it more right before the exam because there were multiple word for word questions on the exam from this app. I also reviewed past asda exams and I think this app uses a-lot of those questions but goes further and provides detailed explanations for each question. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! The support they provide is incredible, almost immediately answering anything , from calming your nerves to providing the concise information you will need for your actual exam. The topics and questions are very similar to that of the test. I’ll wait and see *2019-06-16* Beautiful interface. Personally I found DD to be too much and very boring to study from so I stopped and bought this app instead. So is it really enough? Well I hope so because I used it as my main source 5 stars because I really like how the information is presented and how the app is designed. I purchased the app for 1 month, at the end of one month I was auto billed for a second month. I contacted the company and they told me it wasn’t their problem to contact Apple. Apple informed me it was a problem from the app. I would understand auto renewal on a Monthly subscription but this was a 1 month subscription. If you have purchase this please check your account because they are collecting money on many people who are no longer using the app and do not know they are paying. **Developer response:** Hey Joe. I highly recommend dental decks and pass the dental boards over this. I had to erase this study tool entirely the next time I attempted. The questions are on the easier side, but they definitely get u used to the format, gain confidence so you’re not second guessing yourself for the more difficult questions. The answers and explanations are straightforward and not complete essays like other study resources. Plus, their customer service was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions about payment. Best features that other apps don’t have: Detailed explanations of each answer, LOTS of visuals (amazing for visual learners), mnemonics for memorization, you can make custom quizzes to focus on your trouble areas. These helped me pass NBDE 1!! I also need to mention the amazing customer service with mastery app. I got an email response THE SAME DAY I emailed them with a question. As well as a call from A REAL PERSON to discuss further. When does that ever happen these days? It doesn’t!! That experience plus the features of the app has me using mastery app to study specific areas of dentistry (dental anatomy & clinical dentistry). While most of the questions were easier than what I had on my exam, there were 10 or so questions that were the exact same. Therefore it is a great reason to do this app if you are just starting out on your studying!
