Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Disappointed service *2026-04-06, version 1.0.51* 1 Star is actually generous for the mobile app of National Bank of Egypt. I have a USD account and the app is simply terrible. Every time I try to use it, I face a different issue. When I attempted to transfer money, the app asked me to update my data, but then informed me that I must visit a branch in Egypt to do so. I live outside the country, so this makes the mobile app completely useless. Now the app doesn’t even work properly and keeps showing “Operation Failed.” My account has been in negative balance for years because I cannot manage anything through the app. There is no real solution or proper support. For a major bank, this level of digital banking service is unacceptable. Many features sometimes stop working for no clear reason, which affects the overall user experience. I believe that the application of the largest bank in Egypt should be much faster, more stable, and easier to use without frequent crashes or technical issues. The interface should also be more user-friendly, clearer, and make all services easy to find and access. It would be great if the app could support more self-service features so customers can complete more banking tasks without needing to visit a branch.
