### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-10-01*

We had something that is working. Why make us go around in hoops. I still am not able to set it up and have no idea what other obstacles I will face. 7aram 3aleeko wallahi!! Please stop thinking and let things that are working continue to work

### 1/5 — Worst App..Worst Bank

*2026-10-01*

The worst experience you can have with any bank..if you are calling yourself developers it’s a shame after all of the failures in the app and chip-stoppers..you should be sued for that.

### 1/5 — Worst app and update

*2026-09-24*

This has got to be the worst app I have come across in years. You already had an app that works fine then you make all your customers must transition to this new app. Expectation is better and improved but complete opposite. Now your customers must have a newer iPhone that at a minimum supports iOS 16 why? This needs to be fixed ASAP. Second, why now I have to run this on a phone that has the Egypt sim? Why and how many layers of protection and complications are going after? This makes it almost impossible for those outside Egypt to use.

*2026-09-23*

IT & internet banking and software developer
It's really the worst app among all the banks
UI is very ugly
Not easy to use
Stupid steps for any process
If there is less than one star I would give it to you

*2026-09-17*
