Try to log in using new phone, shocked after verification via Kuwait ID now it’s require to scan your face to verify, even though I never scanned my face or agreed to use my face as an security feature to log in (not talking about Face ID). I assume they scanned all customers faces in their system without any consent.

كنتم روّاد، لكنكم لم تعودوا إلى الآن. ولعدة أسباب ، أهمها الإدارة لا تهتم بالعملاء، وكذلك لا تستشعروا ما يريده العميل، حتى أذكر أنني قدمت اقتراح مفيد لي ولغيري من عملاء البنك ، وعلى الرغم من إشادتكم حينها، إلا أنه لم يتحقق حتى هذه اللحظة. وعن جد سأنتهز أول فرصة للتحويل لبنك يحقق متطلباتي وطموحاتي. وبالتوفيق .
