Don’t get me started on the IT team that refuses to make the UI interactive and easy to access and use. The app itself doesn’t acknowledge your NBK account, it is like starting a separate service. The app is marketed to manage wealth, but it doesn’t deliver. I frequently have to call CS to help with NBK app glitches. Get a new CFO!

I have been emailing the IT support team for almost a year and no one responds. It is a common issue with all NBK mobile and web services, a weak IT support team. They treat you like it’s a privilege to use their services, when in fact the easiest thing to do is shutting off my accounts and transferring to a more reliable bank.
