No zelle, so don’t expect to transfer money to 90% of the world. Worst things are the operating hours + lack of self service options. My business card got locked after I made a few “big” purchases of $120 & $340. Mind you, it’s a business card and I usually make large online transactions of $1000-$3000 weekly. My card got flagged at 3pm PST. No text message to unlock. Customer service is gone for the day. I even called the fraud department number- nothing. If you’re desperate for a business bank- here ya go. But don’t expect half decent service. I have had this bank two times within the last yr the first time that I had it open the account I tried to deposit a check followed their directions on how it needed to be done in app well account was closed they said the check. Was fraudulent so the account was closed and here we are a few months later after that. I get an email. Saying that I would like to come back. I could I opened the account and I made the first deposit. Open it. I did it with a check. Guess what happens again fraudulent use of a card now it’s been weeks and I’m still waiting on the cashiers check because of the money that was in the account they wouldn’t let me transfer it to another account so now I have been waiting days and days we’re still got nothing DONT USE BANK ### 1/5 — Could be better! *2026-01-09, version 20.0.251200* No way to deposit cash.
