Everytime I do the biometrics it says error and doesn’t upgrade making it difficult for me to do online transfers. I have contacted the help line but they were also unable to help me. No branch member could help also. It’s not crazy *2025-04-30* This is one of the stupid system. Every 2nd month it ask for update. After update, it remove all the saved login information. Living abroad, it is very difficult to verify the account again and again if you don’t remember login information.
