## What is NBP?

NBP is the mobile companion for New Body Project members and visitors.

Visitors can explore the shop, discover coaching options, submit a subscription request, and track shop orders. Members can access their assigned workout program, nutrition plan, measurements, check-ins, messages, and profile from one place.

Main features:
- Public shop with product details, cart, checkout, and order tracking
- Coaching subscription request flow
- Workout programs assigned by a coach
- Nutrition plans and meal validation
- Body measurements and progress history
- Daily check-ins
- Direct messaging with the assigned coach
- Profile and delivery information management

Some coaching features require an active subscription and an account created by the gym or coach team.

NBP helps members follow their coaching journey, stay organized, and communicate with their coach. The app is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice.
